dizzyt 10 Posted September 14, 2009 I am trying to install the updates from1.01.57631 to 1.02.58134 and it comes up with invalid CD key - tried the 1.03 patch same result - my copy is a legit copy just received today loaded and runs (all be it graphics card problems - I have a new card just waiting for a new Power supply) can anyone throw a light on the problem. dizzyt 10 Posted September 14, 2009 (edited) I bought it through one of our on line stores cdWoW (www.cdwow.com.au) it appears to have been shipped direct from HongKong. The cd code is printed on the back of the instruction manual and everything appears to be legit not photocopies or the such, glossy paper etc. the real thing. so ?????? Found the problem - had demo previously had deleted it prior to game instal but there was still residue left in registry. it was picking up the demo cd key not the proper one. Uninstalled game and made sure all reference on the computer to the game was deleted - problem solved - and maybe a lesson learnt for all that read this. make sure when deleting a demo all reference to it has gone....... thanks guys Dizz Edited September 14, 2009 by DizzyT Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
