dogz 10 Posted September 3, 2009 m8 that is so common with controllers that use POTS (potentiometers) A few years back it was a curse when the sticks did not fully self center, hence the common practice of placing trim adjustment on the controller and calibration software. The recent crop of quality controllers are much better and dont suffer anywhere near as much. If you have a cheap n nasty stick ditch it and buy a good one or if it has drivers load them and calibrate before each session or when its needed. A simple trick is to increase the dead zone, this can often be done in the game settings for the controller etc.
