Can you make a variant of AK74 (Wood, P,M,S) with long mags of 45 bullets (RPK) ?

IIRC - Vilas had a drum AK back in OFP days for the FIA.

There's a drum AKMS in P'85 as well.

I'd second a motion to get that model "retouched" up to the standard of the Eastern Weapons Pack - no rush though. :)

Vilas, you know the videos and pics from late last years FSB anti-terror operations in Dagestan (EOTechs). In one vid you can see a Pecheneg with mounted EOTech and a folding fore-hand grip. So it looks a bit like the American SAW. Any plans going in that direction?

They are the only PKP with grip that I ve seen:

@Kis4m3 - good idea , but you know, there is a problem

in such case "model in game" won't change shape when you load there 30rn standart magazine

of course i can add AKs with 45 rnd , but in game you will always have it only that model

i must also make model of "HC" magazine (60rnd)

i will add drum mag to this pack too (it is only in P85)

@DiFool - you are right, i just need to know exact model of rail

model of rail that i used on AK74M was told by Flashpoint Ru members as uknown or ASGish, so i should know what exactly is model of rail used in such weapon (PKP, AK)

maybe it depends of supplier or contract when FSB is buying

you know the only problem of me is now lack of time ;)

if i had more... but 45, drum and 60 rnd magazines will be easy job (now i want also update old poor vehicles from P85 )

new version goes to FTP, what is inside?

according to your wishes and some suggestions:

PKP EOT (on rail i had, if wrong, please correct me with photos)

AK74M as you see has: new, remodelled handgrips (2 versions as you see)

rail left the same (lack of sources what is used by FSB)

added version with RPK magazine, added version with high capacity mag

(so there are 3 versions of this FSB rifle + another version + PKP EOT)

fixed some old textures (added on some tiny detail, decompression hole on gas pipe, not on all cause AKM family uses BIS texture and material)

now Zastava has specified Mauser magazine

they are used by my "weapon holders" addon if you need them put in game in editor without "this add..."

also P85 need urgent update (old poor vehicles as Nysa, 2S7 need refreshing)

okay in next version i will apply this rail

i will add this to next version a long with AKS you pasted (and lightning for OA)

Thx Vilas, it looks great. If you make this new rail, it would be nice to have it on PKP also.

But maybe you should drop the forward rail above and special stock for one of the special AK-74M?

Some working flashlights or laser and it would be perfect.

awesome Vilas - simply awesome!

Any thought to adding a PPSh rebel in the '85 section ? The African MPLA have the PPSH-43 but what about the 41 ? IIRC there is a rebel armed with an STG-44 - rebels would have gotten more eastern-bloc stock stuff from varying sources - highly likely the PPSH-41 made it there. Wishful thinking. :)

i will place it on AK74M with Magpul elements

previous rail will be left at AK with pipe-stock

PPSh for P85 is good idea, hope i will have time
