zeep 3 Posted August 25, 2009 (edited) I've been having some audio driver related problems lately but they seem fixed now, all except one. Here's two examples of the problem: In sp playing the first mission of campain, where the guy comes walking towards you on the ship. His distant footsteps sound very loud and only in the left speaker. Once he's close to you the loud footstep sound disappears. Sound behaves normal from here on. Also, when a heli engine starts / spins up, this sound plays only very loud in the left speaker too. Once the chopper is airborne the (directional) sound behaves normal again. I think really that i can hear engines spinup all across the map now.. Any suggestions as to what causes this? Using XP sp3. Windows sound is set to Stereo monitor setup.
