What is the CAN_COLLIDE key word in the creatUnit and CreatVehicle function?

If CAN_COLLIDE == true then a normal unit,vehicle,object, etc. is created. Otherwise a version of the object is created which does not collide with other objects. this method is used for the building menu, so that you dont push around units with the building you want to place.
