how to get into vechicles or buildings

Hi All, I am new here.

Now, i am playing Arma2 Campaign called "One Week Later".

The main tasks for that mission is "I Have to go to LZ Oregon" and need to get into MV-22 Osprey.

ONLY Cooper (Team Leader) can get into V22 Osprey and other 3 team-members cannot get in.

how can i solve it?

My second question is:

I can order my teammates to get into Vehicles or Buildings BUT They just say "Roger.. Yes, Sir" and they DO NOT get into Vehicles or Buildings.

How can i order them to get into vehicles or buildings.

(This is for second question: I can choose one-by-one by pressing "T" from keyboard to get in.)

Have you tried entering the vehicle, then pressing spacebar to select them all and clicking "Get in"?

yes, i have tried it too. but it does not work :(
