Overwhelming 10 Posted July 12, 2009 (edited) Sometimes this happens: - Fire RPG launcher again't a tank (two times) - Wait fot it... wait for it... - Tada! With some seconds of lag, the destruction texture, fire and smoke appear without any explosion sound or whatever. First I thought those two blasts weren't enough to destry the tank and didn't just fire a third one because I didn't have the ammo. Strange. And am I the only one annoyed by the AI spotting skills (including you and your men)? Even if I don't see/hear nothing, we can spot a tank or soldier behind buildings! And the enemy, as soon as he has a line of sight (even if it's not looking in my direction at the time), will suddenly rotate in my direction and shoot! Example: - I go prone behind a house and crawl my away around to the side - I take a peek behind the corner - The enemy AI, who had his back to me, suddenly rotates and shoots I mean, if the AI could have heard me approaching (it would be very unlikely), then he didn't heard me approaching, just heard the act of leaning or he would have rotated in my general direction before. There's an identical example, but with a tank! I guess hearing me crawling slowly behind cover would be even more difficult to hear inside a tank! BUt as soon as I take a peek, it rotates in my direction instantly. And it's annoying this kind of alertness of the enemy: I can be almost a mile away and be stealthy, the AI knows I'm there and as soon as it has line of sight, it will shoot (with good accuracy). Does this happen with you? Very annoying. Almost as annoying as the fact that the game crashes to desktop frequently (so that now I don't quit the game, my gaming sessions finish when the game crashes and I loose the patience to restart again). :mad: Edited July 12, 2009 by Overwhelming Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

It does get kinda annoying specially in some places were your in the forest parts and your sniping and the AI sees trough all the trees and kills you really quick from over 500 meters D: hax i tell ya they hax its so extreme D: Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
