3d failure

When i purchased ofp it alworked fine but some how when i got my new videocard (geforce 2 mx 400 64mb) i got this 3d failure i dont know if some of the patches fixes it but before this videcard i had a tnt 2 32 mb and it worked fine.. i got all latest drivers all other games work fine for me. Any 1 can help me I tryed alot of things like reinstalling me whole pc and drivers,dx etc...ty for helping

First of all, did you try running the OFP preferences program and click on AUTODETECT since you've installed the new card?

Second, is the error message you're getting "Cannot create 3D device"? If so, search The FAQ for "3d device".

I have never ever liked Nvidea and GeForce cards after the test i had.

They suck literally not on power but they caused crashes then Windows 95 on the ice like Bambi.

I readed it i will check it all up i alrdy did the dx8.1 installin again but no result .. i formatted my hd already after new video card so thats is not the prob.. ill 3 that hadware settin thank u guys

wink.gif Not sure, but I don't think the Geforce 2 MX supports Hardware T&L so you may want to check your settings and make sure it is disabled.
