Linking AA with AA Towers

Sorry is this has been asked before, I looked around and couldn't find anything pertaining to this question.

I was wondering if it was possible to link a AA Tower that is linked to AA at some other spot on the map which when destroyed either through sapping or air strikes the AA emplacements would lose functionality - thus paving the way for air superiority?

Would this involve scripting? I'm entirely new to mission editing and I'd like to make a mission with this involved, as well as perhaps a command vehicle or commander who if he or it isn't killed/destroyed within thirty minutes he'd call in a helicopter or URAL with extra troops as a side objective which would either make the mission smoother/harder depending on the choices of the players.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks guys.

I would think you could detect when the AA Radar is destroyed and then delete or deactivate any AA units. Is this what you mean?

condition: !(alive AARadar)

activation: "remove or disable aa"
