Maybe others can help you with the first 3 but for 1 you just find the flagpole in your base. Hit the action button and you're dropped at a high height over the map. W will allow you to move in a direction that you are facing so it's a good idea to be ready to get your map out at height to get your bearings, if you have GPS then that'll be handy for fine tuning the grid ref of your landing.

1, 2, and 3 should be asked in the ArmA 2 Mission Editing section.

That is in a certain mission. Did he ask for HALO in a certain mission? Think he meant the editor or in general and therefor - wrong section of the forum to ask. ;)
