Bulldogs 10 Posted June 27, 2009 You need one more GTX 295 Seriously, I don't know, what resolution are you running at? Maybe a 64bit bug... btw, Tri-SLI won't be a whole lot of help for Frames per sec in this game. And for the record, Arma 2 eats Crysis for breakfast :)
Winkl_BOttOm 10 Posted June 27, 2009 I am running 1900x1200 for boths resses...which is bull...i mean you cant get anything better and i mean theres just no way , this should be able to play any game on the highest settings , its doesnt make sense. ---------- Post added at 11:38 AM ---------- Previous post was at 11:37 AM ---------- Also ...the graphics on crysis actually looks better imo just a little cartoony... mr_centipede 1 Posted June 27, 2009 check your power setting/management in VISTA control panel.. cant remember where exactly, but the default setting is "BALANCE" so that might be the cause. try set it to performance or something... anything that point out that they would use the CPU power to the max worth a try
Leopardi 0 Posted June 27, 2009 You are operating on one GTX 260 basically because ArmA 2 doesnt have proper multi gpu support.
Winkl_BOttOm 10 Posted June 27, 2009 So i am screwed until they fix it? binkster 0 Posted June 27, 2009 (edited) It vista. Try dual booting xp. I have posted to many people having issues with FPS and they expected more and all of them have vista. My fps doubled from vista to xp. Here is my post in ArmA2Mark Thread. This was with some OCing and using xp. HERE Im currious with your system specs what kind of score you would get... Bulldogs 10 Posted June 27, 2009 You could try starting with -winxp. I know it fixes a lot of other issues, not sure about your issue though. Oh, and I know it's obvious but just in case... defrag
Yapab 10 Posted June 27, 2009 Get the EVGA SLI patch, it can run on any card brand.. my friend is using it on Gainward cards in SLI.... works well. Increase in performance is about 50% in benchmark.
