Little Birds in ArmA2

ummmm. the MH-6 no longer shows up in the editor. only the ah-6. 2.1 worked fine for me, even with CAA1. now its gone. :confused:

The MH-6 from all factions? Or only the US Army?

Do you have other mods running?

And can you see it under Empty -> Air?

Update 2.21 released :)

Just an update for the CAA1 users :)

Changelog:

v2.2 -> v2.21:

o Fixed: CAA1 Version – MH-6 not shown up in the editor

To update from 2.2:

Extract the “@LittleBirds†to your ArmA 2 folder and overwrite all

Hey dumb question here. I probably missed the answer but can we have both configs in an AddOns folder at the same time? Or only "activate" the CAA1 config if I'm using CAA1?

Only activate one config. Or you will have problems.

Like I wrote in the Readme choose only one @LittleBirds folder ;)

If you are using CAA1, then only use the CAA1 config.

If you don't use CAA1, then use the normal config.

ZOMG thank you. i was just about to UL some pics to show what I was getting in the editor. cheers!

also it might be worth mentioning that the vehicles class names have changed to be just MH6 and AH6 rather than the longer version before with the tag etc. This means mission files that used the old birds need to be edited to have the new class names otherwise they cant find the addon when loading. :)

Don't seem to have cross hairs for rockets am I doing something wrong? Any chance of making the US Army AH6 black as they don't use a green one in real life? Any plans for the latest version MELB A/MH-6M with six bladed main rotor and four bladed tail rotor plus upgraded avionics, FLIR and other weapons options or is there and unlocked version of these that I could have a go at modifying . Love the little birds and am fortunate enough to fly the civilian versions (MD500) for real.

You have a crosshair for the rockets. But it's only a little small green point ;)

I don't have plans for a next update on the Little Birds. I think they are final. It was only a port :)

On the AH-6 I had a pilot moveinDriver and tried getting another one in the 2nd spot. I tried moveincargo, driver, commander, and gunner but couldn't get any of them to work. Am I missing something? This was on the standalone version.

EDIT Nevermind the seat got filled. I was seeing another squad member and thinking it was the extra pilot.

What do I put in the the Target path to get the Littlebords mod to work....

I currently have "C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2\arma2.exe"

wot should I change this too?

Loving the LittleBirds. Any chance we can get the flare launchers added?

Tried using the addWeapon method, but what I found is that the flare script is expecting the vehicle to have some named selections for the flare launcher which apparently don't exist for the LB's.

If we'll get the MLODs I can do that. Don't know which parts must be named right in the model.

So ... if you want flares you should use MMA, ACE 2 or RKSL :)
