NZDFCrash may be putting it in his next update for ANZAC, and the FDF mod has a brand new model that looks stunning, but I don't have any info on that. hi, the ANZAC thread is closed :confused: We seriously need an F-18 Hornet. The ANZAC mod is still alive, although I'm not sure why the thread is closed, and like i said, FDF has an amazingly beautiful one. Just be patient. Is it that freakin hard? And when it comes over to Arma 2 It'll just be like any of the other flying jet vehicles. all weather carrier capable describe just about everything except the c130. Multirole? Ever see a harrier bomb a truck, come up to shoot down a helicopter, then strafe infantry? Yep, it'll just be a jsf/harrier with an f18 model, no vtol ability, and somewhat better weapon selections. I don't know what you're so excited about. ANA, Afghanistan National Army would be nice.I mean, we have setting similar to Afghan war.The onliest thing I miss is ANA, and even smple conversion Takistani Army to BluFor would be nice.:) Why do people want every single little faction down to the boy scouts represented in this game? Are you going to make a campaign for these units? Yeah, just keep asking for things you're not going to use for more than 5 minutes anyway. There was one promising project last year, but it died in development. the real reason there is no US island yet is that there is no yankee island maker around here :) would be easier that way, even though i don't get the fascination about it.. Anyhow, there is one US map in the works that i am aware of, that is 29 Palms military base and its surroundings, which is pretty damn cool (i have the alpha for arma1 around my hDD). But i am pretty sure you wanted a more urban environment Oh, and can somebody convert these models into ArmA II vehicles?http://www.dmi-3d.net/ They are freeware from the looks of it, so have fun! :D doubtfully. It is always harder to work with a model you haven't created yourself, especially when the said model is highPoly (or higher poly than the game engine allows). But that is just me. Tube-fired AT weapons should have a burst of flam and cloud of smoke right in-between the size they have now and the size of a 40mm grenade. 50mm rockets should be even smaller, and 80mm could use a bit less smoke. You get glasses and voice and face. I just played the E04: Jackal single mission. It was good. But I was not as engrossed as I could have been because I was some guy with a weapon loadout that I don't use. (although good, not to my liking and not even close to the guy I have been playing for years in my LAN environment) So I was thinking I will edit this and... Man that ends up being a lot of manual work for every misson. Unpbo, , edit, then put it back and repbo it. That made me think. I wonder if someone could make something that you could fill once with yours or your teams loadout (based on name I woudl guess) and be done with it. So I am here. I want more of ME or what I visualize my avatar to look like when playing single and private lan games with my buddies. We play mostly the big User MP missions. I define the loadouts in the init of each soldier and manually change each solder to the skin each enjoys. ANd there is not one of the 9 players that says, AHHH what ever. Each one wants his character represented by a particular skin and loadout.
