Whats the dealio with the super frequent spammer advertising his totally legitimate university degrees? I'm confused as to how this lad is able to continue, surely an additional registration step is not too crazy of a fix? That is a good idea-although there is a tab to the left showing all the moderators, many of them are not online and have not been in some time.
