Can anyone confirm that these units do not show up in the mission editor while running ace 1.06?  I have disabled ace and can see them fine, maybe something is conflicting somewhere?  I have the same issue with Mile's Teg's new Taliban.

Try this:

open your arma\dta\ace folder then look for the file :

ace_clientside_config.hpp

then look for:

#define ACE_SCOPE_SHOW_BIS __hidden

change it from hidden to <span style='color:red'>visible</span>

Ooo question, I thought the SAS used diemaco variants of the m4/m16 during this particular time period ?

Standard Colt M16 rifles seem to have been used throughout

the 1990s. Photos of 22 S.A.S. on Op. GRANBY show them

with a wide mixture of variants; M16A1 with birdcage

flashhider and triangular handguards,  M16A2 with round

handguards and M16A1/M203 combinations.

In NI around that time they were using (undoubtedly among

other things) the H&K G3 and H&K 33, presumably because

those were what the RUC HMSU were also using at the time.

Has anyone tested these in a dedicated MP enviroment?

There seems to be an issue with whatever face script is running with the addons. Occasioally on mission start and always on respawn. You get no face textures, just all white.

Does anyone know if there's a solution to this?

reccomended kit  (tho the movie used the A2 style M16 it actualy was A1 ~Whats said/shown in the book(theres talk abt full auto on the m16))

Is it just me or the gear sounds are way too loud in comparation to the weapons? I mean when the unit drop down or stand up from crawl possition.

It could be my sound mod tho, is just that I can't remember wich one I'm using lol.

Is there a way to fix the white face bug in MP? This is only thing letting a great addon down.
