hey guyz ,

an update is in the work , thats why i released this alhpa ...that ppl can help - and ppl help , working on configs -sounds .the defines in O2....etc.

also stay tuned the next update will be great ...heavy and slow.thats what a kingtiger also is.

Hello John I was wondering how you learned to make such good addons.. i would love to be able to start making stuff like this and some sort of beginning would be good. :-)

i even think about it ....ja ok ...the m18 can be a tut , ore how to do an tank,

by the way ....i learned all by my self..tutorials etc..many screens many time spended , trial and error banghead.gif

JOHN, how about an M-36 instead? with an M-36 the hull could be used for other AFV like the Sherman, Priest, M-10 and Achilles???

Just a thought.

... And the M-36 looks sexier!

Either the 90mm or the 17pdr to make dents in that .

Quick bug report:

- the Tiger uses some unknown crew, which cause CTD, when placing a tank with crew

- MG34's aren't working at all; they show such thing:

- wheels are still solid

- shadow bug on the turret is still there

Apart from that it's great. Speed has been increased I guess and turret rotation too, which is a good thing. Keep it up!

IMO it would be better to have the SLA crews instead and make your own MG34, so the pack would be easier to use. However that's only my 5 cents.

YES right , i use only his infantrie ....also config thats it !!!!!!!

next update i hope to have a really cool crew...

looking good mate!

however you seem to use ofp packing tools.

thats no good!

use one of these ofp tools to unpack the pbo:

like PBO Decryptor 1.5

and use arma tools to pack it

you use wav sounds. not good for the engine

use OFP_Sound_Lab_1.1.zip to convert to wss

sorry to say, yet your config is a mess. confused_o.gif

changing standard base classes like class tank and using

files like textures from other pbos.

you should really make your addon standalone.

Gave it a try, however always get a CTD with a "Invalid crew VIL_solidereBSTGss22" error message confused_o.gif

got exact spesifications of the tank if someone is interested:

watch in the editor under opfor JOHNS_KÖNIGsTIGER -BETA-<-----Yes I looked and it is not listed??? Is it actually under a different name?
