stigern 0 Posted October 16, 2008 Yepp We got two computers running in LAN with a router, each got a legal copy of Arma. But over to the problem. Only one of us can join a online server each. When computer 1 is on a server, computer 2 can't join. When computer 2 is on a server computer 1 can't join that one. Anyone who knows a solution?
lockjaw-65- 0 Posted October 16, 2008 Strange, it must be something to do with how your router works, maybe something to with 1 ip address showing. I have 4 pc's on my network all with their own arma cd. 1 of them is a dedicated server but the other 3 have never had any problems joining another server at the same time. will try and look into it more
SWAT_BigBear 0 Posted October 17, 2008 The game Ravenshield has that issue with certain routers. One of the pc's has to be set to use a different port. Try adding -port=2306 to one of the desktop shortcut. Sample of Target <table border="0" align="center" width="95%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tr><td>Code Sample </td></tr><tr><td id="CODE">"C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA\arma.exe" -port=2306
