Von Rundstedt 0 Posted September 29, 2008 Ok I got proxies in and they appear ingame more or less (some are fine, others are not). Biggest issue in whole is that they seem to be made of iron. When you shoot at them its like you would shoot tank with rifle and effect is naturally that crew doesn't die. Even if I copy them from T72 for instance same occurs. scars09 9 Posted September 29, 2008 proxies in firegeometry? gunner01 and gunner001 in different LODs, sometimes this got mess up. should be named same in all lod´s there is also a configentry canbeshot or crewcanbeshot, something like that, worth a try. there is a "addon" to place crew proxies correct by visualizing the proxies. temp proxy archive
[aps]gnat 28 Posted September 29, 2008 Yep, your proxies have to be in some of the other LODs as well.
Von Rundstedt 0 Posted September 29, 2008 Only thing I made different was that I used 0.1 of matrices, doesn't seem to fix issue thou. I redid proxies and added matrices to all LODs. Still they're just placeholders for ArmA's own proxies (with same paths and everything). Proxies are in all resolods and FireGeo, as in BI Sample models and MLODs. Maybe I should give a shot on that addon, but don't really see that it would fix this issue more than my own proxies that are made in same way  EDIT: Also all proxies in all LODs has xxx.001 ending, so no conflict there. [aps]gnat 28 Posted September 30, 2008 - Are the bullets passing through or are they hitting? - Are you maybe shooting the GEO Lod instead? - Are the soldiers in cargo actually moving? (ie small "fidget" animations) -
