Possible to leave Camps and Airpor out of Warfare?

Hi Guys

I just want to do simple Warfare conversions to other islands, mostly for personal single player and low-number MP.

I was wondering - if I delete all camps around a depot, would that mean that Resistance (RACS) would never show up since they have no spawn locations? Or would that simple produce a logic error somewhere in the mission and kill it?

Because it might be nice to just have SLA and US slugging it out on some maps, with the Depots only used as kind of "cap points", undefended until the first side gets to them and places their guards.

Also, can I delete the airport marker and object completey without problems (if the map doesn't have a suitable airfield, or if I want to leave fixed-wing jets out).?

Because I hate to save a mission in a broken state and then find out that it doesn't work anymore wink_o.gif

Seriously, is there a good way to work with the editor when deleting stuff so you can get back to it later? Seems to me once you cut down mission objects and export to MPmissions, the editor version is also saved and you can't get it back.

Save the mission with camps present, then delete all the camps in the editor, and save with a different file name. That should do it. Make sure you test the right version.

Easy Way:

Copy Map Folder to Desktop > then test it. If it screws up just delete the old one.

More organized Way:

Copy map folder > Paste it in the missions folder and create a duplicate copy > rename the mission something like "WarfareCampTest". This way you can file each thing you change with the mission so in the event that something goes wrong you definitely have a backup.
