wipman 1 Posted June 9, 2008 Hi, that UAZ (police) was there in the V1.08, i've used it alot in Porto to mount some fire fights between the Johnn's USMC and the SLA Officers rearmed with RH AK47's stockless with the ovbious resoult of USMC 1 SLA Cops 0. It means that the release of the update is pretty much depending on the translations now. The faster I'll get them, the sooner I can release it. Any help is appreciated! Replacement pack is a config, that will replace ArmA SLA with SLA Redux. So you will be able to play missions, capaigns and multiplayer with them without editing the mission. The most biggest updates are the new belts on the uniforms, signature files for MP gaming purposes and the two new units: Crewman and Marksman. On the older version of my addon, the belt was just textured on the uniform (2D), but now you can actually see the shapes of it, so it's 3D. Looks much better in my opinion and I hope you'll like this update too. And as I said, I added the signature files this time for MP gaming purposes. I was actually planning to do that on the first release, but I forgot it. But here you go. Also, as it was requested on this thread, I added two new units: Marksman and Crewman. The marksman guy is just a rifleman with SVD dragunov. Some people might find that useful. The crewman is a totally new model with a tanker helmet, if you wish to use a tank crew men similiar to my addon, but something else than the BIS ones. Sorry, but the CQB Especas guy I talked about isn't in this release. I scratched that idea, as I thought that it didn't look really cool when they had a highly protective titan helmet, but some old sweaty chestrig and no tactical vest, as most CQB fighters have. Other updates are minor updates on the textures, support for multiple languages, chestrig's straps adjusted to fit better with the body, new wound textures and so on... In short: Changes: - Added signature files for MP gaming purposes - New wound textures - Adjusted the chestrig's straps to fit better with the shape of the body - Replaced the 2D belt on the uniforms with a 3D one - Added support for multiple languages for the display names - New units: Crewman and Marksman ... and several other minor updates.
