Will not load

I just updated vista SP1 but i don't think it's related to that but the error message i'm getting is this.

 Error compiling pixal shaders PSNormal DXTA

I have rolled back the nvidia drivers still the same all the other games still work ok i.e FEAR, COD4, OFP and CRYSIS so i think it's just somethink in ARMA gone TITS up but i don't know what it was all ok on friday night last time i played it.

Maybe a reinstall of the game is called for.

You startup shortcut for ArmA seems wrong. Please post it.

Thanks for help i have done a re-install and all well now so i don't what happened as it was running great on the friday prior to the problem.
