People making themselves admins on my clans server

How do you set it so that people cannot make themselves admins on our server?

We would be playing evo, and clear half the map for several hours. Then, when we go to bed or take a break, some pubber comes in and votes himself admin and resets the map.

We do not want to put a password on the server, because we do want pubbers coming in and playing with us. However, we do NOT want them taking over the server and resetting/changing maps. I know it is possible to lock admin rights, as I've seen it done before on many servers.

Can anybody tell me how to do it?

you need to disable voting altogether....

no there is a number you need to put on vote option to do that...but i cannot remember...:)

disable voting will only prevent "normal" player admin-votes,

but there are cheaters capable of taking servers over completely...

even if there is another admin on server ...

try enabling signature checks in any case, and disable voting, as tomcat said...

Yep, set your votethreshold to 1.1 or something. Which means you need 110% of people to vote for it to pass

disable admin votes like mentioned above, and add an admin pass into ur config (not to be confused with a pass to be able to connect and play on the server). Have these lines in ur server.cfg if ur not sure how to do this:-
