Sdp vehicles final release

FINALLY IT´S FINAL!

This addon brings you working twin mguns (scripted) to the AH6 chopper and BIS Camel and a working 4times AA-Gun to the ZSU "Shilka".

The models and textures are all BIS original stuff, addon is only a replacement config to add the scripts. Using extended Eventhandlers makes it compatible to other mods like 6thSense Tracers or FDF-Soundpack (shown in the vid).

AH6:

- working 2nd M134-MG

AH6 (RACS):

- working 2nd M134-MG

ZSU "Shilka":

- fully working AA-Gun

BIS Camel: Update 1.1 2008-02-24

- working Twin-Gun

Installation:

Save the "SDP_vehicles.pbo" & "sdp_vehicles.pbo.SDP.bisign" to your addon folder.

You´ll need also the Extended_Eventhandler-addon:

I am curious, as it didn't show it in the video, from the outside can you see all four barrels firing on the shilka?

Maybe I'm blind, but is this MP compatible, and if so what is the recommended way of placing it into a mission?

I'm using this fantastic addon here together with cent_tracers.

But the cent tracer addon must be activated by a game logic.

Is there any tracer addon out there, that looks like cent tracers but are "allways on"?

I want to use it in MP without editing the mission file.

If there using alternate fire, then it should be possible to do it all with config animations, instead of scripts.

Unless there's a reason or preference for using the scripted method? If the game handles it without any problems, then it's no big deal, either way.

A "Vanilla ArmA"-Shilka has fourtimes muzzle flash, but all bullets are shoot from one barrel. Now, the script transfers bullets position to the other three barrels (next one with each shot).

I tried them, but in Evolution(MP), the tracers are gone after the first rearm.

Beside that, I don't want to use other stuff like blood/misc/smaller font/etc, only tracer.

So, a "Tracer only for SP and MP" addon would be great!

I'm using SIX_Tracers from 6thSense mod 1.10 as a standalone addon wink_o.gif modified some patches so I don't need to keep 6thSenseMod directory etc. I got same problem with FFAMM modified tracers, but on the latest SIX-es it seem not to happen smile_o.gif

Look at the latest release. The UI and other stuff was moved out of SIX Misc. So you only need the misc and tracer pbos. And it will only give you tracers, not affect ArmA any other way. smile_o.gif

I don't know about that Evo bug though.

The SDP vehicles work great, I tried them out a bit. I didn't see any bugs or problems. smile_o.gif

doesn't work for me...all the bullets still come from the left gun on the AH6

What modification do you use?

Did you try it on Sahrani or Ramadi or Porto? I´ve had sometimes seen problems with SDP-Vehicles only on Porto without other mods. Dont know why.

Works great with 1.08/1.09, Sudden Death' fantastic addon here and online with Evoloution!

It's not working for me either. I have the the XEH jobbies as well. Is there a particular file they need to go in to?
