Removal of custom sounds ingame?

As topic suggest, is there a way to remove custom sounds some players like to use.

Meaning, odd verbal commands, short snippets of some music and so on client side?

You can deny it only server side (or with some advanced 3rd party

firewall i guess).

MaxCustomFileSize=0; doesnt work on our server BTW. In Flashpoint it works well.
