I downloaded the massive thing only to then not be able to figure all the good stuff out and ended up deleting the entire thing. The Swiss Mod, as nastros said, is not that massive, got some nice weapons plus the ghillie suit--although the two MP missions I've played (the police one and the one with the two mortar positions to be eliminated) with sniper slots I have yet been able to see what it looks like.
