Soldier sitting on a chair.

I've seen this before but i can't remember it can you tell me howto make a soldier sit on a bench/chair, i believe they used the animation from the soldiers sitting in the back on a 5th truck or something.

It's something about this line:

That didn't seem to work for me, also i can't find a bench model :/.
