Here more details about the version 1.2 of Switzerland-mod.

It includes 6 main addons in separate .pbo and the mod interface with custom main menu and missions :

Are you still thinking of putting in the Stgw-57 in a future release?  That's still one of my favorite assault rifles (and very expensive here in the U.S. if you can find one (Pe-57 version)).

It will give a STGW 57, but I cannot to you yet say when, this however rather a Goody will be, for fan `s of the old STGW 57 like u and me, lol. I made my military time partially with the STGW 57. It is an old, but exzellent weapon. smile_o.gif And here in Switzerland we have modified Versions with new Ironsights and Optic`s.

One question: why did you lock the ability to zoom out for ironsights and reflex scopes? This feature would be very useful in CQB situations.

In reality we have 2 eyes which gives us much wider field of view than a PC monitor. This is why BIS implemented the zoom - when zoomed out we have more realistic field of view, and when zoomed in - realistic eye acuity...

Great Mod. Is there a way it can be unlocked? In the options maybe? The realism thing just isn't there for me. I had my fill of realism from 01-06, on and off. Although, at least there's still 3rd person.

Either way, once again you guys brought this game to another level. Thank you for the fresh perspective. Absolutely beautiful work. By the way, you guys make excellent missions. I can't wait for the packs to come. Any campaigns on the way?

I tried it and again I loved it, everything looks great and works great, congrats to you guys and ty for your hard work smile_o.gif

If I may, a little sugestion only:

For better gameplay I suggest a better work on the lods, instead of 1+5+10+15 (something like it) I suggest making the lods like BIS did 1+2+3+4+5+6 (6 if the model has more than 6.000 polys/faces on the 1st Lod) with a 50% decrease of polys/faces per Lod since it makes the game a lot smoother and it's a lot better for gameplay.

In theory there's no advantaje in making lods beyond 6 because you can't see the weapons, unless your making the Shadow Lod of course.

Just a sugestion, whatever you guys will do this MOD will always be a part of my addons folder and I'm already waiting with a lot of antecipation for your next MOD, ty.
