Here is a excellent SP mission for practicing your sniper ranging, sight picture and engaements... it's real virtual soldiers posted at set distances, and they can be re-populated with a menu action...

ok, good idea but incomplete execution

there should be spotter, so i can select him and see my target's actual accurate distance

and the guys on the runway set as playable with a target painted on the ground next to them, so i can shoot and jump into them and see exactly where i hit the ground

i did one such for myself in the editor but didn't save

was quite useful with learning the sniping trajectory a bit better

Try this one. It shows you all the stats after a shot (distance, speed, impact height & lateral offset) in the dialog, as well as the impact point on the map.
