Kirby 2 Posted July 16, 2007 Yeahyeah sounds crazy. Someone said its possible. i need a temporary PC mic till I get a proper PC headset. I got a spare 360 wired headset and a Xbox1 headset laying about somewhere. Any info?
Guest Ti0n3r Posted July 16, 2007 Did you try goggle for drivers? It's possible to use the Xbox controller in ArmA and other games so I can't see why this shouldn't work.
wex-q 0 Posted July 16, 2007 Indeed, most gaming devices (for consoles) are connected via USB, it's only the connector itself that is different. Also, for instance, the wireless Xbox 360 controlls can probably be tuned in to be accepted by a USB-reciver for a computer. Not sure though, heh Didn't find any on Google, but I'm almost falling asleep over here, so my searches may not be the best atm
Sc@tterbrain 0 Posted July 17, 2007 Yes it's possible. I know of someone who riggs the headsets for use on pc. I think he rewired it, but I'm not sure. I'll ask tomorrow on TS and then let you know.
