KJAM 0 Posted May 23, 2007 So, for the past 2 days I've been playing several types of missions that I usually don't and surprisingly I've had a LOT of lucky escapes. These were in Multiplayer I was Piloting a Blackhawk and had unloaded my passengers, for some reason I had the Idea of checking to make sure everyone was out, moments after getting out BOOM, The blackhawk was hit and blown up thanks to the main gun of a T72. The same Day a similar thing happened, except it was an RPG this time. The day after, I found myself running to and from cover and I was halfway from one cover to another when I saw an RPG speeding towards me, It JUST missed me, I mean seriously, It was mere ingame inches away from my characters leg. Similar thing happened again, except I was in a field running for cover, for some reaosn I stopped right in the open (Not something I normally do due to snipers mostly) and all of a sudden an RPG flashed right past my face. Running from cover again I got chased down by the machine guns of not one but THREE T72's whether good luck or bad aiming on their part, with bullets whizzing past all around me and hitting the ground 'neath my heels I managed to make it into cover. The above all happened within 2 days. Anyone Else had lucky escapes in ArmA that you'd like to share? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
d3dsh33p 0 Posted May 23, 2007 I cant remember his handle but a USM guy that ussually is a pilot was shooting at me in multiplayer on a berzerk mission by the radio tower in bagango and the bullets with the new at the time modwarsound were flying over my head and I knew he was working on the mic with another guy trying to get me... i eventually was killed but I was run over at least and not shot... My lucky escape is called CTD before they could kill me  I&C it is quite off topic IMO anyway dunno why but enemys do like tank rush a lot, have one time that a platoon of T72 simply blow right through my postion just outside of parasio, kind of rampaging in the town, me and the other guys simply grab some AT 4, leave the place for a few squad of AIs and go for a tank hunt came back later just to find out only a few AI left Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
