Nope. Codemaster owns the rights to the name Operation Flashpoint. Codemaster and BIS parted ways. BIS developed ArmA as a kind of OFP1,5. Both companies are working on a sequal to Operations Flashpoint. Codemaster on OFP2 and BIS on a game with the working title Game2.

you should know that the Operation Flashpoint title rights, the name itself, belongs to Codemasters, and they are developing a sequel, titled OFP2, dunno about BIS involvement with it.

Though it's been concluded that said screenshot is actually a render, at least that's what I got after quickly glancing through the discussion.

That picture is from the Codemasters game Operation Flashpoint 2, which has no involvement from BIS and the only thing it shares with the original OFP is the title.
