No explosion when teammate fires AT

When me and a friend plays Coop, it is often hard to see how much you miss with the M136 so we usually have a spotter to see where it lands. The problem is that when I look at him firing, I see the smoke that the rocket emits while flying thru the air, but I don't see the rocket and there's never an explosion where he hits. I see if the tank explodes ofcourse, but that's it. We've tested this both on DS and when I host.

Also, am I the only one who has to aim way high at anything >100m away? I have to align left right, then move the sight so high that I don't even see the tank. It was the same thing in OFP (on different machines).
