I found this file called "stringtable.csv" with all different kinds of languagestrings for different parts of the game. I'm waiting for digital TV so I can turn off those annoying subtitles!! It's just that maybe there are Dutch people that have some trouble with English and therefore aren't playing the game (anymore). It might be of good use to them...
