More important than jip

Recommended Posts

just wanna know, also if bis does decide to make the loggy files, make them very, very descriptive. Like, gen.wilson was killed by barret's T80 Main gun , or gen.wilson was run over by barret's sports car. and make some thing for almost every death type, from falling to being run over by a certain vechicals! kudos for making ofp bis (=

Logging like that really wouldnt slow down any kind of server... maybe if you run a 486 or something but I dont think ofp server would run very well on that anyhow... And you could of course turn it off.

Yea.... it would be great to have that kind of thing... But i can imagine a few bugs:

Player Espectro was killed by Error:Noplayer while jeep bounced on him.

it would probly say something like ***ESPECTRO KILLED SELF WITH JEEP***

and on a php program which would keep track, would have a pic of a jeep on fire or destroyed or sum thin, and then (iff youve done that many times) you could hold the record for most times killing self with a jeep. but there are billions of combos on the php programs like having it say stuff like *** barrett was killed by bmxah by m16, barrett had hk-m-5 sd6*** and it would keep count of how many times u had that mp5, died with the mp5 and have been killed by the mp5. I think if bohemia took a month or to, to write up the hundreds of loggy files, I think it would make this game perfect (plz don't quote me on this, i hate it when people say "I told ya so" when they agreed with me ).
