Feel like ive been mugged

I honest to god feel like ive been mugged/robbed of my hard earned cash... issues include...

Lighting, the light changes so violently that you cant see what youre doing, is that hdr at work? cus its asif someone is just turning the dial on screen brightness settings at random.

Graphics, just plain awful, no matter what settings you try it feels like youre doing everything in blocky slow motion, with no depth at all.

Sound, wow those engine noises are super realistic and the radio commands are pure trash.

Gameplay, way to get the excitment going in the opening sequence... i mean youre travelling to a new base location, why on earth does the convoy feel the need to stop every few meters? then the driver wiggle the humvee from side to side, reverses then sets off again, when aiming it feels like well... i just cant explain it, its just slow motion gone mad.

Ive not managed to get beyond that opening sequence and no, im not going to just give it a chance cus its crap, pure and simple, i did give a single mission a go... im told to run down to a location, i get there and nothing happens, i get a radio command to say that someone has escaped and im told to move to a new location... i get a waypoint in the hud and follow it, and it says im leaving the combat area and fails the mission.... i tried it again and got bored, started shooting a parked jeep, literally 2-3 bullets from the rifle and the jeep... well i assume it exploded, all it did was jerk a little bit make a clanking sound and then suddenly its a burnt out wreck.... great stuff there.

Who in the hell play tested this game? im assuming it was playtested a few years ago when this might have looked "acceptable" compared to other games, by some half blind ex pharmacutical test lab monkies, because somehow they didnt pick up on any issues that might lead people like myself to question the whole gaming industry and their standards. This game has brought untold stress and anger to me personally, and i cant believe i wasted my money, il just say congratulations guys, you conned me good.

You can send the refund to my paypal account if you like, its at the address i registered with, or maybe turn up to my house in person so i can spit on you too, thanks for nothing.

There is an easy solution for you. Stick to console games. Obviously Armed Assault is way too advanced for you.

Super Mario Brothers seems more like your type of game.

i dont have any probs u have yea the game have some bugs and its things but stick whit it over couple patchs

its all fine atleast thats what we hope for

I don`t understand why so many of you are happy for paying for a product that so clearly isn`t finished. I to fell somewhat robbed, but I loved OFP, and still belives that it is one of the best games ever, so i will stay with Arma for a while. But let those who are really unhappy be so, for it is our right as PAYING customers.

If i went to my local store and bought some milk, and then discovered that it has turn into cream, I would most likely go back to the store and complain. Whouldn`t you??

The problem that a lot of people have with aiming is there's a LOT of "mouse smoothing" (if you don't know what that is, look it up). I'd like a slider bar in the controls menu...

because bis arn't EA, and the community can finish it how they want with addons and feedback for the developers. flashpoint is an investment, not a quick thrill.

Then why not just release the developer-tools and let us make the whole game ourselves.

I don't have a problem if people don't like a game, because then You could just choose to stop playing it.

I only buy my games in stores where I got a 10 day try-out on the game.

That means that I buy a game, and can use it anyway I want, and if I for some reason don't like something about the game, I can just return it to the store, and get my money back, with no questions asked.

Yes it is buggier than most games, but that is BECAUSE it offers freedoms other games can only dream of.

If you are unable to find ANY enjoyment with 1.04/1.05 ARMA, there are 3 possible causes:

1. There is something medically wrong with you. Sorry.

2. You need a new computer. Get over it.

3. You are not suited to playing tactical shooters and should stick to arcade shooters. Go away.
