To Owners of BFG 8800GTS 320mb o c single card

Hi i got this card which is aparently 320mb when i look on the DXDIAG it says i have 640mb is this because it is using some of the system Ram or by some chance i have aquired the 640mb model? someone please reply

Yea my 512mb 7600gs shows available mem as 1gb (due to shared mem), its normal

but yea id like the 320mb 8800 soon, but id prob just buy the vanilla and turn up the frequency slider manually to save some money. hows it running for you? should be same as 8800gtx 768mb @ resolutions ~1280x1024 on most games
