Does the patch work with the Morphicon download version?

Is it confirmed that you can now change the language to English on the Moriphicon (German) version so the language hack is no longer needed?

Love the new patch. Before I had that horrible "no texture" bug.

I don't have to worry about that anymore, as the game crashes when starting the first mission.

Just a quick question for BIS:

Do you plan to release a NoDVD executable? It's better and everybody knows that sooner or later you can find it on "unoficial" sites.

Also the strongets point on the game is the mp, in fact everybody recognaise that the campaign is not as good as ofp's one, and just want to remark that a nodvd version is not illegal

The patch works fine on the German download version.

You can select English as a language which changes the ingame vocals to, not surprisingly, English.

The campaign TV reports, however, stay in German with subs, which is a bit annoying.

the morphicon file is corupted(the german one at least) , try instead at gamershell.170 mb in 25 minutes its not bad, and not corupted(i hope!

I think he meant the patch, period, rather than the patch, specific, if you see what i mean..

And, if it's the German download version, it'll be at 1.02 and will need the 499Mb international version.

I got it from a German mirror at an average of 140kbs which wasn't too bad.

I found several errors while updating:

On the popups appears this message:

"There is a problem with the file ca.pbo (00000000!=00000001)"

And

"There is a problem with the file Library.Sara.pbo (00000000!=00000001)"

"There is a problem with the file M02Minerconvoy.pbo(00000000!=00000001)"

"There is a problem with the file m03Drivertransport.pbo (00000000!=00000001)"

and the same with all the missions.

On the update i can read this:

Update cannot be applied, error xdelta3, returned error 1

Could be related with the language pack form 6th sense?

I have the 505 retail version, just downloaded and installed the euro version...NO M4....

I can shoot it but there is no weapon in display.....HELP!!!

Remove all unofficial addons from your ArmA and try again.

Allegedly Map_Misc.pbo causes this error but i haven´t checked myself

Did some playing around and noticed that I no longer have insane lag with grass and foliage, so that's neat. STill get LOD errors randomly throughout maps, but that's workable.

M16A4 is pretty neat, and I've tried the regular and ACOG variant. Only started getting lag when I cranked the graphics up to as high as I could, but like that I was going from 30FPS average about 5, which I would expect.

crash, errors, etc are mostly due to the use of unoffical addons, remember to keep your install as clean as possible with the help of mod folder and remember to remove it from the main game folder
