i will not forget that my WW2 addon has only retextured soldiers, and now it is possible to set here more realistic soldiers

of course weapons need normals and etc.

but "temporary" update with not SLA reskins will be prepared too

i know there are people who play my WW2 in MP, so they will get better soldiers

this will not be "new" good addon, it will be just temporary "fix"

soldiers will be with different helmets, pouches and boots and caps

but main target is 1985 and missions

Personally i think we should maybe more say 86-88 period as quite some nice military hardware came after 85.

However i love the soldier models Vilas, especially the new boots give the units what they needed.

I dont fully agree on the uniform though as i think in mid to late 80s the ones with more pockets were already quite common.

If we just use one with two front pockets then it will look quite odd with a plain tan uniform cause there are as good as no details to look at.

Would love to edit my Mot.Inf textures for those units so gimme a hint when a new package is availeable for download

OMG Topas, this allmost looks like some other game and not ArmA.

Don't know how WSW would ever take part in combat but you can never know, right?

The crewman is great. The WSW helmet could use some wear because the white seems too clean.

sounds nice, that you will retexture your ww2 units. I love ww2, and I play that time only. I am using your old units since they were released. I really love your work villas.

I am waiting at the moment for DAC 2.0, the Kingtiger and some more ww2 units.

About those new Fn Mag & M240 models...

I hope you dont intend to REPLACE the original BIS model of the USMC M240G with your new M240B (used by the US Army), right? The fans of the USMC would be REALLY upset, if you did I think we need both modifications in ArmA - The G & B verions. Do u intend to use the original BIS m240 ammo, or add ur own new ammo?..

M240B will be "addition" to lets say 1989 soldier

not USMC, Army weapon

now just as "teaser" some more upcoming WW2 addon "quick fix" pictures:

more gear to do , more pouches, but probably i will not have enough time to make normals to weapons, as i said it will be "quick fix" to all people who now use WW2 addon and are not satisfied with just reskins

more upcoming, i don't know if proportions of pouches are good, any suggestions on PM

but please notice that it will be as I said - quick fix, most of effort to 1985
