binarize crash (4WVR to Visitor format)

Hi all... and Happy X-MAS everybody!

I have a prob...

I created my HDT ISland, only the landgrid with 1024x1024 ground textures without objects...As you can understand, i want to convert my 4WVR map to Visitor format...

well, after having typed the command bin HDT_island in the command line, it starts to binarize my map, but then binarize crashes.. this is the error I get:

that means:

There was a problem running binarize.exe. The application has been shut down.

Well, I still don't understand the problem... please help, cause I want to edit my map in Visitor...
