[*]Language Patch v0.6 or lower: Need reinstall of game, unless all files were backupped before. But, The current version of the patch is not compatible.

[*]Language Patch v0.7 or higher: You can put the backups back from the Patchwise.bak folder in your arma folder. But, The current version of the patch is not compatible.

[*]Choppersoundpatch: You will need to reinstall the game, unless you still have your air.pbo backupped, or if you installed it the modfolder way, then you don't need to reinstall anything. But, The current version of the patch is not compatible.

Just read the updates for v1.02. They are fixing a few things I posted int he biki buglist. Makes me feel good that they are listening to us.

Same here, mine completely stopped, even though it says 12.7kb/sec..

Like Mr Burns said on the previous page, people who wont host it should stop downloading so other people can put up faster mirrors quickly

I have no time for creating uninstallers at this time.

But it's something I wish to do for the future, most definatly.

Altough the latest Language patcher contains patchwise which generates proper copies of original files without overwriting them with edited files if you patch twice or whatsoever. This makes it at least a little less problematic

Yeah, I suppose an uninstaller would be a bit of a hastle with path, version checking ect.

I should think this Patch will be out before the end of the day...though I have no basis for this statement other than the fact that they may want to get something out for the weekend!

I'd just wait till Maruk puts something up the BI server that's a lot more Download friendly, plus you never know there might be last minute changes to the Change Log, I would think it would save any head aches. (It looks like quite a long list...brings back fond memories of OFP 1.0 patches...*sigh*)
