RN Escobar 0 Posted January 25, 2007 hmm, interseting, i have <table border="0" align="center" width="95%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tr><td>Code Sample </td></tr><tr><td id="CODE">disableVON=1; in the servers we run that require VON disabled and it runs fine. i assume that in the target line u have something along the lines of <table border="0" align="center" width="95%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tr><td>Code Sample </td></tr><tr><td id="CODE">-config=server.cfg just to make sure
Rambo-16AAB 0 Posted January 25, 2007 all other parts of my server config file work fine, except the VON command.
RN Escobar 0 Posted January 26, 2007 ur using the right build, just to double check as it only works on 1.02, not the 1.01. it was only added in 1.02, and if its a demo server then i've no idea if it was enabled in that at all as i have nothing to do running demo servers
Rambo-16AAB 0 Posted January 27, 2007 We have both a demo erver & 1.02 server running, works in nether. Pain in the arse god-damn thing !

PeterEyres 0 Posted February 16, 2007 Indeed this will be another mighty cock-up, if the 505 people can't play on dedi servers.
SBSDelta 0 Posted February 16, 2007 The only information i can get is 'before the end of February' It would have been nice to have the UK release and the server files released on the same day, or there abouts cos all we are left with is the campaign and single player
l etranger 5 Posted February 16, 2007 you can still run the 1.04 server with -server command. Nevermind we got a server crash when we want to have the mission list. "Description.ext error in lin - X"
Blake 0 Posted February 16, 2007 Maybe those couple of missions have somewhat incompatible description.ext files compared to others? Perhaps it can be fixed by editing those missions a bit.
l etranger 5 Posted February 17, 2007 Well, i don't see me opening all the 120 missions.

[kh]jman 49 Posted February 17, 2007 Presumably we are waiting for the 1.05 patch b4 we can get hold of the dedicated binaries, I mean why expect 1.04 dedicated when 1.05 update is expected b4 the end of the month? isn't 1.05 meant to unifiy all previous retail versions?. Also can anyone clarify how many players you can have in a CTF game (uk full retail version), is it just maxed at 100 players for multi coop?. I have a 100mbit dedicated server waiting patiently for the binaries...

deady 0 Posted March 2, 2007 Is it necessary to install 1.05 on servers? I tried to run it but it said Arma wasn't installed. Or is just the updated Arma_server.exe needed?
