shinRaiden 0 Posted December 9, 2006 Probably need to add some stickied engineering threads to discuss general content development, ie a thread to discuss common characters development, one for common weapons, etc.
raedor 8 Posted December 10, 2006 Yes, definitely. I'll (or someone else) add them as soon as we're starting with the "real" work.

raedor 8 Posted December 17, 2006 Currently we're waiting for the SVN repository from BI, nobody really started working on conversion beside some testings.

berghoff 11 Posted December 18, 2006 Well i just made CWR_Music.pbo.. guess what it contains I also noticed ArmA has some remixes of OFP music but its a bit to techno for a game that plays in 1985.
raedor 8 Posted December 18, 2006 Jep, the music definitely has to be ported, too
berghoff 11 Posted January 5, 2007 Is there any form of update on this project? What is status of SVN? When is first phase starting? After euro release or sooner? It has been quiet in here lately ;-) (waiting eagerly to walk again on Everon )
raedor 8 Posted January 5, 2007 "Behind the scenes" some people are already working a bit on their own (testing island conversion from OFPR to ArmA), I did some config "remapping" which has lately been released by Q within his OAC project. The SVN server is on the way, BI knows what we need/want and is working on it for 1-2 days now.
berghoff 11 Posted January 5, 2007 Ok thanks. Good to know.
Pennywise 0 Posted January 17, 2007 Just curious, does this project have a deadline? Is it just done when it's done?
raedor 8 Posted January 17, 2007 We don't have a deadline. A deadline would imply a prior tool release...
berghoff 11 Posted January 18, 2007 There are only milestones to achieve so no deadline.

berghoff 11 Posted January 29, 2007 Is someone already working on the data pipeline thing? Or can this only be achieved by getting BI's Filebank tool? Would be nice if this could be tested before real work starts.
