German Patch 1.01 released

BIS/Morphicon/LEM released the first round of patches for Armed Assault, fixing a number of performance issues.

German patch is 14MB, Czech weighs 35MB. Either one should resolve low framerates and such.

This has imho nothing to do with BIS.

Morphicon chose the copy protection, we implemented it, we made the patch, we released it to Morphicon, Morphicon host it.

Quick Question, if the problem with the slow framerates etc is caused by the protection, why does this patch encompasse other fixes for AI and other optimizations? Doesn't this put the german release above the czech one?

Because we were already working on a number of bugs and had been for some time so learning of the German performance issue simply brought forward the first planned patch release.

Temporarily yes. As already posted in the Czech forum the Czech 1.01 will be released as soon as possible.

I have the german version and cannot apply the patch

One or more files in game instalation are modified or dammaged.

Reinstall game from original CD disc and try again.

I already reinstalled the game several times but it wont help sad_o.gif

1.01 seems to be much better performancewise.

Even the CZ version.

I can now run on 30FPS on very high which I didn't get on high before.

I get this error since the patch when I try to launch the game. And nope it is a clean isntall + patch. nothing modded.
