Great shotz all, but I have one question - One the old ArmA website they had this pic sometimes of a PT boat in the water, and the water was kind creating a great looking slip stream around the bow. Does the water actually do that, does it look that realistic? (Using nice PS effects..?)

There is nothing greater to look at in a game than water that looks great and flows like reality, but that pic of the Atlantic Ocean does not look all that wonderful...

it's a partical effect so no doubt you can edit a config somewhere and make as much spray as you like.

what I do love is the way the sea reacts to the weather conditions.

Nice that you like the screenshots. They're just slightly edited (a little sharpening (10%), a bit more contrast, less gamma and of course resized). Here's an original screenshot for example...click.

My Arma is not looking better then most others I guess. These screenshots are just focused directly on the units (no distance view on trees, objects, sky etc.).

If you want to know my systemspecs. I'm running an AMD Barton XP 2500+ with 1GB Dual-Channel RAM (FSB 333MHz) and an ATi X850 Pro 256MB (AGP). Defnitly no top of the notch equipment.

Deadmeat of BAS once said that realistic play gives its own rewards. In this case, however, all I get is a vertical Stryker.

Damn Mk19 recoil - anyone know a way I can lessen it/shut it off?
