Dwarden 1125 Posted November 25, 2006 i think this new Campaign is related to new MMO StarGate in work and new movies in work ... actually i wonder what law relevance have to go "After" news site with list of projects based on SG universe ... even if You made $ from ads on Your news site , it can't be in any way linked to these links to projects not owned by You ... thus if MGM sues You for "generating" profit on theirs licence it's actually a lie as You don't own nor run any of these projects ... ALL they MAXimally to do is to pressure You to remove any link to SG content not owned by MGM , any other cause will be lost by them ... for mods itself , key is not use copyrighted logos and trademarks and avoid retake original content (if i remember correct that example of MS taking down Halo mod was because they used models directly from Halo games) ... p.s. like someone said long time ago trying get in touch with R.D.
