Man I really wish people would stop bashing 505. I think that they will actually do really well with it. It's nice that they even bothered to enquire as to what we would like in our Special Editions. They could have just dumped any old crap on us...

While nobody knows exactly how the 505 release will turn out AT LEAST they deserve (like everybody) a proper chance to show what they can do.

As regards knocking 505 as a distributor.  presumably they will do quite well feeding the  High Street  retailers for the casual buyer , but I cannot see any hard core OFP/ ArmedA  fans waiting around till Feb. The main reason for holding fire till the German Edition appears is the security code issue.

Life has moved on with Amazon, eBay, and  specialist online suppliers, which is why the 505 antics are so strange,

as my particular tipple is Lan games I will no doubt purchase extra copies, but I suspect it will be online and from the source I purchased  my first copy from

Portage was quite expensive but at Å38 all in  I  will be happy to play around and make the  next big decision, the graphic card !

I would have ordered the game but my pc is below average so even if i had the game i couldnt play it.

So my plans as follows:

Buy a new computer before Februari 2007 and the buy tha game 505 from a store .

For the moment i enjoy watching videos, photos and reading comments. I already spend a lot of time reading, just giving me a thought about the future having AA in my computer.

Can i just say its ashame that the game is getting sold on ebay for double the price by bids. I thought some good soul would of put the Czech version on ebay at the retail price and as buy now. I see there is a german site on ebay that is doing this.

Checked Electronic Boutique one of the largest video game retailers in Australia. They have a release date in Australia of the 26th of November 2006.

Yep Australian release date is the 26TH NOVEMBER 2006.

So it may be better to wait for the Aussie Version.

Someone may have answered this before, but anyhow: Is the speach in english in the german version? I don't think I can wait for it to be released in my region. (norway) I must say that it is very frustrating that we have to wait 3 months or more for game to be released! In my opinion it will only give more peapole an excuse to download a cracked version. So I think it is a bad decition to wait this long!
