Respawning Static Objects

Hi

I m trying to make a Castle respawn when its destroyed, i know how to make added objects respawn by use setdammage command but u can only do that by naming them and put the name in the trigger. How do u make a building already on the map to Dammage 0 confused.gif

I really dont think many people know how, you just have to keep this thread on top of the forum by posting and hope that the right person comes along smile.gif

I wanted to do a mission where you could blow up the enemy base and get points or something for each building destroyed. I haven't messed with it for a while, but there are a couple of different things that might work.

One thing is to go to http://rainbow6rs.multimania.com/TutoBatsEngl.htm

and read how to put your own buildings in the missions. You can then give them names and possible restore health after they are destroyed. I don't know if this works or not since I haven't tried it that way yet.

Also, at http://www.ofpeditingcenter.com/tutorial.shtml

there is an addon called Gunslinger's addon that will allow you to place buildings in the editor instead of having to go through the process that is in the tutorial above. I have not tried this either, primarily because I'm afraid of adding somethign in a mission that a player needs an addon for and I don't want my missions crashing them if they don't have the addon.
