Google earth does have real time weather (clouds) if you load one of the unsupported add-ons that are kicking around the net.

i put them together the shematic and "google" isle. and the roads

and towns and costlines are exactly the same. also the water

i am shure its ingame !!!!

Yea, the water gives it away (that, and the proportion of the cities/roads to the size of the island). And I don't mean to say I told you so, but you can now clearly see how big the island is, that's huge.

I don't think that is where the picture is taken. If the sun was as low as it is in the blackhawk picture there would be noticeable shadows from the mountains plus I think maybe the clouds shadows would be displaced a bit.

If it was ingame, that would explain the very regular, active surf, on all coasts of the island.  BIS's surf is like that.

 

Here's hoping, anyway

Edit: Meh, it could also be a botched blending operation done when compositing the image, there's odd breaks and uneven thickness present.
