Coyote Commander 0 Posted January 17, 2006 I was thinking the other day that there have been no new jeeps since the original BIS model. Every original vehicle has been redone except for the jeep. There was a MCAR version that mounted a recoiless rifle, but that's the only varient. A M.U.T.T. version with the TOW missle would be good, or a few simple MG versions with M-60s or some gear mounted on to them. Even a FAV would be nice, something good for recce. Now, I searched and searched but could not find if this topic has been covered before. I know that Combat had some in the works, but they're off doing other things. Any news, advice, or links?? Bobcatt666 0 Posted January 18, 2006 yes reworked M151 series jeeps in Army and Marine varianats. Most recent update to Mcar bumped back release dates on the pack. You can find screens of them in the combat photo thread mild update to the model bis made and its handling and a few mp friendly scripts for them. So just poking at it on my spare time, kinda freelance for a number of mods. So free time on em is spratic usualy working on the real thing instead. Which is almost as time consuming.. Bobcatt666 0 Posted January 19, 2006 Was a few revisions back a little pain to set up the giudance scripts. Often created the missle in the dashboard causing a explossion that blew up the jeep. The basic addition of extra parts to the tow mut, wanted the spent round to deleate when used from the rack. Then things kinda when durther as I wanted new tires, a real steering wheel, shakles, then FAV and a few other variants. now considering reskining em to be in the different cammo colors the military used. We can ask ourselves the same about things like the M35, M54, and all the other trucks that look like those as well. They have been used since the 50's and even still today.
