umm dude, Battle of the 73 Easting was the Persian Gulf War between US and Iraq.  I think it was 1st Armored Div., 2nd Armored Cav. Reg., and 3rd Armored involved.  IDF I believe never was in Iraq.  They would like to be, let me tell you.  But they are not and the US will not allow them to be in Iraq.

I am also getting a problem with the Iraq/Iran map, can i get some help with it.

I would also like to know if you could release the 73 easting map without all the bunkers. I have a high end graphics card so i can add the bunkers in with the mission. woot woot for x850xt. woot woot. I was about to start making an Iraqi maps.

Capt. Horin was talking about the Iran/Iraq map.  According to many reports, Israel does have special operations forces in Iraq who are involved with training the Kurdish forces up North.  More then likely this is also in exchange for intelligence from smugglers going in and out of Iran as well as actual insertions into Iran to gather intelligence.  There are many secular, Christian, and Jewish Iranians who probably would make prime recruits for Mossad (Israeli intelligence).  They also have an urgent need to scope out and identify possible nuclear sites in terms of both reactors as well as research sites.  More then likely, if the US doesn't take action against Iran, Israel will.  They haven't yet only because such a mission will be vastly more complicated then their attack on Iraq's nuclear reactor back in the 80's which was at one location and was not active.   Iran's reactors are spread out as are their research facilities.  Furthermore they are protected by a more sophisticated air defense network that includes modified HAWK, Rapier, as well as Russian Airdefense systems.  Most recently Russia has sold them their advanced TOR-1 Air-Defense system.

In addition privately, most Sunni Arab regimes are terrified of a nuclear armed Iran (that is mostly Shi'a and a huge challenge to Sunni dominance in the Islamic world).  That along with the almost certain Iraq/Iran Shi'a alliance that will occur after the United States leaves, will result in a very powerful Shi'a force in the Middle East.

Concerning the map.  Well if you want you can remove the buildings and modify the map in .wrp as long as you don't release it under the same .pbo name (where it overwrites our original version).  But right now we don't have any plans on releasing an empty version.  

As for your error, others had similar errors and its almost always due to players not using mod folders or no using the "-nomap" line in the target box of their mod folder properties.  

Ex:

"C:\Program Files\Codemasters\OperationFlashpoint\FLASHPOINTBETA.EXE" -nosplash -nomap -mod=LoBoMod

The "LoBoMod" designates a mod folder called "LoBoMod" that you would have to create (although you can name a mod folder anything you want). Also you have to be sure your Res/Addons folder is not cluttered with stuff as well.

With out the -nomap section in your shortcut icon's target box (under properties) the out of memory error occurs when you simply have too many addons in your folder that are all getting loaded up into your memory.
